Cancellations must be made by phone at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the booked services.
Late Arrivals of more than 10 minutes past your appointment time will be considered a no-show and will also be charged 50% of the booked services.

Cancellations:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 1 hour before your scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations can be made online through our booking system or by phone: (727) 317-2900.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Appointments canceled less than 1 hour before the scheduled time will be considered a no-show & will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Grace Period:
We offer a 10-minute grace period if you’re running late. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be marked as a no-show and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Haircuts all come with a hair wash, hot or cold face towel, shoulder massage and an eyebrow and mustache trim. Each client gets their own semi-private booth with their own tv and sink.
We do offer a grey blending color service! This kind of coloring service is demi-permanent and gradually fades out. It is meant to blend the grey hair, giving it a more natural look and grow out than a permanent color service.

Yes! If you book online, you will be able to view their availability.
Our hours are Monday – Thursday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM.
This can vary depending on your service but on average it’s about 30 minutes for a haircut, 15 minutes for shorter beards and 20 min for longer beards. Our gray blending services are 20-30 minutes.
